Dunkin'

"I've been to this location a few times. Today, I received a cold drink instead of the hot drink that I ordered. Once I corrected her and reiterated that it was supposed to be a toasted white chocolate latte with oat milk. My drink was still made with regular milk, so now, unfortunately, I feel a little sick to my stomach. The other part of my order was okay, but this latte is tearing my little stomach up!"

"We ordered. Then we sat for about 5 minutes for the car in front of us to move. The driver seemed to have already received their order. When we paid and we were given our order the person at the window turned away from us immediately. My husband said thank you, then I said thank you. No response was able to be heard. Maybe that is why the previous person sat for so long, just waiting for a thank you or have a nice day. ?"

"Today made the second time I have gone to this location and the sweet tea is disgusting. It is usually good and on point the first time there was no sugar I threw the drink away and this time it taste like they put coffee in it and the ice was pretty much melted. I could taste a little sugar but barely anything. It’s like the staff could care less about the customers and there is also a sign on the drive thru box that says they will be closing at 2pm smh Do Better Dunkin I been working on this side and coming here for over 10 years and this is my first complaint…"

"So, the food and cappuccino blasts were great!! The girl that served us at the window phenomenal!! The problem was it took FOREVER and there were literally at least 5 people including a manager just standing there talking. Took almost 10 minutes for 5 munchkins. The poor girl at the window was the only one working."
