Starbucks

"I just ordered delivery, clearly asked for no whip. I have the picture to prove it and they still put whip in it. Further, there is obviously no syrup or sauce in the drink. Chocolate milk taste better than this. You’d think for a $10 drink, it would be accurate but it isn’t. Hands down, the worse Starbucks drink I’ve had thus far."

"Some of the girls that work at this starbucks seem to not listen at the drivethrough, and get the order wrong, even after you repeat the order multiple times, while they laugh at you. They then have an attitude if you ask them to remake it. Also, the attitude causes an air of hostility, tension, and cruelness."

"I placed a mobile order for a Venti flat white and when I picked up the drink this is what I got. See picture below. It was not filled up. I asked where is the rest if my drink? The woman who made the drink didn't think anything was wrong and told me it had been sitting so long the foam evaporated. There is not enough evaporation in the world for this to be a Venti drink. Although she made a new drink, there was no apology and she had a nasty attitude. I buy this drink often and from different Starbucks. These drinks are not cheap. This is by far the worst Starbucks I've been to. I live in the neighborhood and try to support my local stores but I will NEVER go to this location again. Shameful."

"I was greeted when we first walked in, which is always good. The baristas took my order and made it just like I requested at the right temperature and flavor, I believe the young man's name was Kevon (Excuse me if I got it wrong)"

"Very dirty... tons of straw sleeves bunched up all over the tables and on the floors. If you observe long enough you'll see why people just hit the drivethru.. the inside is honestly a major let down not to mention if you do come inside to order be prepared to wait as they do prioritize the drivethru also. Flies flying from pastries to cookies"
