Dunkin'

"This Dunkin gets my order wrong every time and either adds stuff to my drink that I didn’t tell them to add, or they leave out something that I did tell them to put in it. Or, I can’t get what I want because they’re out of supplies, and then the delivery truck will literally be loading in supplies as I’m trying to place an order, and they tell me that what I want to order is on the truck. So the truck needs to be coming earlier."

"I asked for extra snack bacon seasoning so they loaded it with everything bagel seasoning. He ordered a buttered plain bagel, they gave him someone else's bagel with cream cheese on it. I asked for a vanilla cream doughnut. She grabbed the right doughnuts from the right spot. But it was a jelly doughnut that was not vanilla what so ever. Can hear the ladies behind the counter talking smack about something, unprofessional. The lady at the register was great with a positive attitude. We went this morning about 30 minutes ago. Will not be going back. Unfortunately it's the one closes to our house. But it's a loss we are willing to take."

"Poor customer service, long wait for food (store was dead). Order messed up, staff did not seem to care. One guy kept touching his face and had his Mountain Dew in the food prep area. On top of this the food was so bad we threw it away. Steer clear of this location. Never again."

"Stopped for a large hot coffee and an apple fritter. The coffee was hot and made perfectly. The apple fritter on the other hand was the worst I have ever had. I've had DD's apple fritters at numerous locations and they are consistently made the same. This stores rendition was a thick tough donut with apple filling... couldn't eat it..... awful."
