"Terrible, terrible experience, i left my clothes that i was trying on in the dressings rooms , i went to ask a question about what cards are excepted not only was no one there even at the front desk or the front door I went back to finish trying on my clothes and they were all gone and I went and I saw a girl holding all my clothes she was a worker and I said do you know what happened to the clothes in my dressing room that I was trying on I was interested in purchasing several dresses and she turned her head and looked at the other worker and said oops this these might be her dresses not even looking at me or saying anything to me and she just walked away from me and went to the other sales person not trying to accommodate me and giving me the clothes that she had in her hand and find other ones that were put back never said a word to me either so I just walked out feeling put down this was last week so I had to bend the first week in May and The sales girl did not make eye contact with me did not speak to me did not apologize to me and walked away from me with the clothes in her hand and addressed the other girl never coming back to me so I left very disappointed and upset with the way I was treated. I am STILL interested in those summer dress, oh well I am sure i can find them at Old Navy or marshals"

"Love going into a store full of employees and being ignored when there were only 3 other customers walking around the store. Waited at checkout to buy a dress, only to have employees behind the register completely ignore me while the employees walking around the store were just as oblivious. This visit was on April 6, 2019. Used to not be able to walk into the store without having several employees approach me. Their customer service has truly deteriorated."
