"When I entered the store yesterday 12/14/2022 there were no other customers, just two employees at the back of the store talking. I said hello….no response. I walked around and at no time did either one say a word to me. When I got to the back of the store one employee started to sneeze and cough. She then said to the other “ I have a terrible cold” again nothing was said to me. I left and will probably never return as I also found the selection of clothing looked old and tired. Certainly going downhill."

"I have shopped in this store for many years. I stopped in yesterday evening to purchase two sweaters. There were no customers in the store and 2 employees, one I believe was the manager, talking and laughing with each other when i entered the store and either of them looked up or acknowledged that i was there. I selected 2 sweaters to try one. I was still not greeted or asked if I needed assistance or asked if i would like to try the selected items on. At that point, I put the items back, left the store, and purchased sweaters elsewhere. Will probably not shop there again."

"I used to love JJill, but everything I've bought lately has gone pretty much directly in the trash. Quality has dropped dramatically in the fabric used. I won't be a returning customer."
