"We went here on a Saturday right before they closed, thought I needed a patch but the tire was going bad. Fortunately I had literally just picked up replacements and had them in the back. The guy said “we’ll change this one out” I asked how much it would be if they went ahead and changed all 4 just to be safe. He quoted me $160 and they started changing them out. I didn’t make it 2 miles before my hub cap came off, after putting it back on I found the scratches on all 4 rims. Something I didn’t notice right away because they were slightly dirty already. They had already closed so I waited till Monday and called to speak to John who told me to bring it by. I took it by the next Saturday bc I was off work. John basically denied everything, made different suggestions as to how it could happened but not by them. I told him the rims weren’t even a year old and I never scratched them. I ordered them brand new in the box from Black’s tire. Showed him the bent caps (which all of them had been bent) and he decided that he would get new hub caps. Before this occurred my rims had no scratches and no problems with the hub caps staying on but one visit here and I’ve got both. I understand that John wasn’t there and he’s going to take up for his workers but why would I make this up? The fact that they damaged my rims and only admit to half of it is BS. Be aware before you do business here. The proof is below"
