"Do not do business with them. They charged us $160 to come to our house, which is no more than 15 miles away to service our refrigerator because it wasn’t cooling. Just to have this man in our house for five minutes lay down, look at the front, and say “There’s nothing I can do to repair it. You’re better off buying a new one.” And left. Awful business."

"I have a 2020 Maytag washer and dryer. I also have an extended warranty on both appliances. My washer stopped spinning so I called and scheduled a service for it. The man came out for 5 mins told me my washer had a lot of problems and was gonna see what warranty people wanted to do. Weeks later I still heard no word I called to find out my washer was not going to be fixed because he told them I had roaches in my control board part of the washer and voided my warranty that I paid $700 dollars for. So I called another service man and he had my washer working in 5 mins. A wire fell off a component under the washer. Don't do business with bass they don't know what they're doing and it has cost me my warranty. The warranty won't even cover my dryer now and it had nothing to do with the washer."
