"I like this Salvation Army. My wife and I went in the store the other day, we found a couple outfits for a very affordable price. They have really nice shirts and jeans in there for guys of any size."
"Customer interaction & Customer Communication Workshop - Training should be required. Additude & Sarcastic Lady Cashier with glasses, as my wife stands by the front counter waiting for me as I look at some items, This Particular Employee states are you ready , I assumed she was speaking to someone else but then speaks louder like Ignored her.... I said if I was ready I'd be standing at the counter... We're closed. I looked at my phone it was 3:45 pm. I finish trying on what ever, & walk to the Counter - She proceeds to remind me. I said we're closed, I said I'm sorry I was under the assumption because your door and web site says you close At 4pm ... Yes we close at 3:50 10 mins till.... I leave here at 4 There was another shopper maybe 2 still in the store. We kindly paid for our items and will not return, I know it's salvation army I wasn't expecting ignorance or 5 star service. So here I am out front finishing this review before I forget when I pull away. This store definitely smelled, People don't give away new clothes it's stuff that's been in the closet for 20 years thinking there gonna fit back into one day. Plus it sits in the bottom of metal donate boxes or outside for who knows how long before they decide to just throw it up on there hanger for sale. They should be required by law when selling any items that were given to them should be washed before any interaction with it's customers, obviously it smells like a moldy basement and stale moth balls left in a closet. I Dont recommend this salvation army, Go to Good Will or hit Yard sales if your trying to save, I wanted to just walk out but she had taken my wife's items and hand them rung up,"
"Trying to donate and was greeted with "we don't take books" before anything else was said. Then refused all my donations because the majority was children's clothes. Very rude. A "thanks but I'm sorry we don't take those items", would have been nice. Now, even if I have donations they do accept, I will go to Good Will."
