"Husband and I were trying to use a credit for incorrect order that got refunded. We were left on hold for 20 minutes. Called back multiple times to speak to a manager because it's the only way to use the credit and was repeated hung up on by the machine I think. I understand it's friday and wait times can be long but this felt excessive. Also please write corporate and change that awful hold dialogue. If you're trying to discourage people from staying on hold to order it's working."

"POOR customer service! Don't ask for extra toppings. I had ordered extra meatballs and when I called the store the lady said she would speak to the manager. The manager said she followed the portion directions exactly. Last time I get ripped off for an extra $4. I would have been content with a $4 credit to my Papa John's account. From now on I will stick to Michaelangelos in CB and keep my money local."
