"Moore’s was selected by Assurant to service my Maytag washer that would not start. I had purchased an extended warranty when I purchased the appliance at Lowe’s, and this was my first time using the warranty. I called and set up the appointment this past weekend. Moore’s was here as scheduled on Tuesday morning and replaced a switch after diagnosing the problem. Great experience."

"Lowes sent this guy out. He said he ordered the parts and would be in in 2 weeks to install. 5 weeks later no call back. Not answer calls. If this guy is assigned to your service please ask for someone else! Waste of a month of our warranty time and stuck with a broken dryer. Useless as all the other reviews have said!"

"**WARNING** If you are assigned this company from Lowes protection plan, immediately call and request another company. My dryer broke Dec 14th, 2023. Lowes sent this man to my home on Dec 16th. He came in and took my dryer apart and said he would call that afternoon with an update of when part would be in. He never called or came back. I spent the next 30 days in contact with Lowes, trying to get him back out. He once canceled my ticket and stated work was performed when it wasn't. They had to open my ticket back up.He never answered the phone. It goes to voicemail, and then the mailbox is full. When he did answer the phone, he would say he would be there the next day, never to show up. I missed 3 days of work waiting on him.Lowes had to take action to get the dryer taken care of another way after a month."

"Was the first “company” Lowe’s sent out to fix our washer that is under warranty, after they came out they said it would take 10 days to receive a part needed to fix the issue after 13 days we contacted Moores and he said he will call us back in a minute with an update I called them back and then they replied that their computer was not working.. lol"
