She was on top of making sure we had everything we needed, she interacted with the kids and didn't ignore them, She had an amazing attitude and super nice all while taking care of other customers. "Got there no body inside but one customer. Cook was sitting at a table digging in his nose in the dining room, 2 guys in the back just talking then one of them finally came out and took my order cook still sitting down digging in his nose not in no hurry at all, never washed his hands before starting to cook, he looked sloppy nasty like he didn’t care. He then went and sat back down instead of cleaning his cooking station to be prepared for the next customer."

"Stopped on our Birthday girls'day out. Taneisha served us and was amazing. She enthusiastically celebrated our daughter's day singing Happy Birthday, playing special song on the juke box and giving a special treat! Our food was cooked to perfection quickly and served efficiently and happily. The Manager was so nice, too. Restaurant was clean and friendly. Our server went far above and beyond. All staff was professionals and friendly. Excellence in action!"

"Sadly the staff though polite seemed too busy to care for even minor details. Our party of four had to remind the serving staff that we needed silverware to eat. And more than one request was needed for condiments for coffee. The table was dirty and they never offered to wipe it. The food was mediocre at best. The chili was old. The burgers were small. My food was graciously remade because it had jalapenos, when I made sure to tell them not to put them on my hashbrowns when I made my order. When they brought it back it did not have the extra gravy or chili asked for and the hashbrowns were barely edible, mushy without much texture. My special needs son mentioned they did not get his Arnold Palmer mixed properly. And the needed condiments for food were not adequately provided. And they had a promotion visually large that either was not known by some staff members or others said the promotion was no longer valid. For my son with special needs to see something so fun and people not know about the promotion or state that its over is false advertising. No one should leave a large display with a spin and win wheel that is not valid."
