"Was given dark meat when I asked for white meat. Anyone with common sense knows what white meat is and dark meat. I Came back with my order for fresh chicken was given undercooked greasy chicken. Lay offs need to made and new workers are needed."
"I've noticed this Bojangles gets a lot of bad reviews but in my own experience it's always been great, my only complaint is I wish the drive thru was just bit faster but I understand why it's backed up since it's off 95.. the morning crew is always very nice too. Food is always extremely good too I might add!"

"Customer service was terrible. First, the young lady at the window spilled my drink on my husband as he reached for it, then she had the nerve to laugh about it. Then, she caught an attitude when I asked for an extra straw. We had 2 drinks and she only gave us 1 straw. Lastly, MY food looked like it was just tossed in the box not neat at all."
"I consider myself a Bojangles connoisseur. This was probably the most overdone meal I've ever received from a bo's. Fries looked like they were scooped out of the bottom of the fryer. I know some people like to order dark brown biscuits, but who knew they also had a "burnt brown" option. The supremes were the only thing not overcooked, they were just really small (closer to nuggets than tenders)."
