"I have always had a good experience at this establishment but tonight I had to hold on the phone and No one ever got back to me. After finally getting the order placed the woman that took my order when I was paying, paused took a deep breath then asked if I could pick the money up and hand it to her I had placed the money on the counter so that she wouldn't have to stretch to get it. She obviously has some type of issue. When she was taking the order she stated she was new. She may need to find other employment, I'll not order while she is working again."
