"Before I tell u the bad I do have to give credit where credit is due. The lady who took my order over the phone was so helpful and polite wish I could say that about management. Picked up order and the box the pizza was in was nasty on the outside and inside the pizza was just thrown in the box and folded over. We took it back and told manager. Just asked for a refund the prep station was even nasty. Been coming here since pizza inn came to dunn over 30+ yrs ago. Never seen it this bad. Miss Mrs. Pam and her son. She was always so friendly with staff and customers if something was wrong she made it right without an attitude about it . Manager she has an attitude if u complain she acts like it's a problem u complain. Like u have no right to complain. Much as I dislike Little Ceasars pizza I will definitely go there before I ever go back to pizza in unless someone else stays in and run it way it use to be ran."

"This place is all right. At $12 per adult, it's a reasonably priced buffet. The pizza is all right. Don't be expecting New York style or really anything better than Domino's or any other pizza place. I thought it was really cool that you could ask them for a certain pizzas and they'll make them and put them out on the buffet. They have a salad bar and they also have a pasta/spaghetti area, so there's a few other options. They also have a dessert pizza buffet which is really cool and I enjoy that a lot. The dessert pizza with chocolate chips is probably my favorite, but the fruit syrup ones are also pretty good. I'd come back if I wanted to get different types of pizza for a reasonable price."

"Wonderful to happen by this Pizza Inn. It's been a long time since we have eaten at one since any near us have closed. The buffet was hot and fresh, the salad bar was well stocked, and the servers very good."

"Excellent food and excellent service! We were greeted by Rhonda, who was extremely friendly, and made us feel right at home. She offered to make any specialty pizza we wanted, but the selection was already great. We were seated immediately, and drinks came out before we even made it back from the buffet. Pam was extremely friendly and welcoming as well. This place brought back some nostalgia for my husband and I, because we both grew up remembering this chain, so when we saw this place last week, we knew we had to come back and give it a try. Everything tastes the way we remembered! The music station was playing some really great songs as well, that brought back memories from our younger years. I told my husband that after this experience, this little place makes me want to sell our house and move to Dunn! Thanks for the wonderful trip down memory lane, the hospitality, and the great food! We’ll most definitely be back!"
