"When you order a iced coffee and you ask for extra ingredients you should be able to get it, especially if you paid for it. Nobody is doing me any favors. I'm just asking you to do your job"

"The staff almost made me lose my composure. I waited for several minutes at the Drive through...After saying "Hello" several times, someone came on and then started to horseplay with a fellow employee. I told them to stop playing and simply take my order. My daughter was across the street as a patient at Cape Fear Valley Hospital. I hadn't eaten all day and wanted something quick. After the 2 employees stopped playing, the employee at the mic called my order out wrong. That was more frustrating as things were building up. The fact that I waited so long without a reference to me being there is bad. A car was in front of me and other cars started to back up. While I was at the second window...each employee came to the window at separate times to see who I was. All of sudden, a man wearing all black comes to the window and stares at me. I said "get everybody back there to come and look at me, because I am pissed". He said nothing. The only one that acted like they cared was the young lady that handed me the food. This was a bad experience all together."

"Had to order 5 times and still did not receive my order. Then I was threatened by the manager to either get my hash brown or leave. The woman who took my order was more interested in listening to music than taking orders. The incompetence at this restaurant has raised the bar."

"I came inside to order my food because I needed help doing a coupon on my phone. I stood there for almost 30 minutes before someone acknowledged me. And a lady in a blue t shirt told an older man to take the order of the lady standing over there that shouldn't even be standing there. So he came over and said the lobby is closed someone let you in, which I didn't know it was closed. And he said well youre not supposed to be in here anyways. Not to mention I was paying cash for my order. Nobody apologized for the inconvenience or anything. This was around 11:40 or so when I got my food. It was by far the rudest and unprofessional experience I've had. I understand they were busy but they did not have to be rude and make me feel stupid for trying to order food. Unaware I wasn't supposed to be in the lobby area."

"If I give a bad review, it's definitely earned. Skipping the long wait when it wasn't busy, the staff was horrible. All they did was joke around with each other. It was clear the line was getting backed up because they were all congregated together near the window, not working. Never said hello, didn't say a word when they handed me my food. Nothing, and back to "kickin it" on the clock. Keep in mind these were adults, NOT teens. I knew to check my food and wasn't surprised at all that they gave me literally a little piece of an egg. Took it back in, and walked in with all the other customers who's orders were wrong. It wasn't just me. I hate this for whoever owns this location because they're running the establishment in the ground. I won't be going back."
