Duck Donuts

"I visited the Skibo location today. As always delicious donuts, however horrible Customer Service! I asked the cashier a simple question and it was answered by annoyingly pointing at something while agressivly chewing gum! I felt like an inconvenience as a paying customer. Duck Donuts quality of product never disappoints but let’s match the service experience as well, at least act like you try!"

"First time, ordering duck donuts, and probably the last. The only good experience was ordering online. Once I arrive I felt unwelcome. I identified myself with an online order and they demanded that I had to show an email confirmation. Then after going to my car to get my phone I had to print my name on a ticket after providing the confirmation. This made me feel like I was trying to steal donuts. Once I got to my office with the donuts, my whole team felt like they tasted like they old donuts. The whole experience was awful."

"Samantha was amazing, very organize, clear, understandable. I went in the store at 10:45am and she was very patiently preparing the donuts, really organized. I love how she gave me my donuts; fresh and warm."

"By far the WORST Duck Donuts I have ever been to. (Store 110) I spent a whole hour in this shop WAITING on my 2nd box of donuts that should’ve been ready when I initially came to pick up my online order. The order was placed way prior to my arrival AND I was the only customer in the shop. Prices on the menu board did not match what was in the system. As more people came in, the customer service became terrible. And I found it very unsanitary for the employees to print off the donut receipts, then place it on top on our fresh donuts after being touched multiple times. The donuts were sloppy and disappointing because I brought them all the way back to Georgia where we don’t have a Duck Donuts. The attitudes of the employees were very disgusting, not only towards the customers but towards each other as well. Very unprofessional. Will not be returning or recommending this location to anyone."

"Made fresh infront of you. Their donuts are so soft, yummy and just the right amount of sweetness too! Staffs are very friendly and accommodating as well. The smell inside the store is a bonus! Make sure to try the maple bacon donut! It’s a good combination of sweet and salty at the same time. My husband said it’s weird but when he tasted it he cannot believe how good and delicious it was. Would definitely recommend this and would come back again and again"
