"While I love the pizzas here, I'm not a fan of the customer service. I ordered my pizza, had it scheduled to pick up at a certain time, and then waited until I received my email that it was ready before I went there to pick it up. When I arrived 10 minutes AFTER i received the notification that my food was ready, I was told that it would be 10 MORE minutes before it would be ready. This is the part that I'm not happy about. Give me honest time and honest notifications about when it is actually ready."

"Placed an order for delivery at 3:13pm with a promise time of 3:48. At 4:17pm my pizza had not been delivered and there was no tracking information. I called the store and was on hold for over 8 minutes. Someone picked up the phone and hung it up. I called back and was on hold for over 12 minutes. I finally drove all the way to the restaurant where I stood for well over 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. There was only one other customer in there. When I was finally acknowledged, I was told that the delivery driver already had my order and was making two stops. By the time I got our pizza it was cold and rubbery and very disappointing. This is actually the SECOND time I’ve had to go to the restaurant after having placed a delivery order. The first time my order was still at the store and I was able to take it with me."

"The flavor was good, but it was the greasiest pizza I’ve ever had. It was so greasy that when my husband went to tilt the pizza boxes to put them in the backseat, that grease came, pouring out the corner of the box, all over our vehicle and all over his shirt. We went back inside to talk to the young lady at the counter, and she told us that was normal. We asked for the next size up pizza box so that we can put the medium size pizza inside of it to contain the grease. I told her this could not be the right recipe and she told me that that’s how it is. See pics."
