"I really like Salsarita's, but this trip was noy one of my better ones. My steak burrito was super dry. The meat reminded me of jerky. The server was very sparce with the toppings even though I only requested 2. I asked if he could add a little extra sour cream to make it a little less dry, but he looked at me like a spoke a different language. They closed my local Salsaritas & hoping this could be my backup, but no such luck."
"My wife and I came in this afternoon Friday 1/19/2024 at 5:15. We were the only people on line. Two women were behind the counter by the cash register. One women was preparing a Togo order. The other women was busy texting on her phone. We stood online for two minutes waiting to be recognized. When we were greeted she said "What you Want" my wife and I both ordered Steak bowls. She had to ask me three times what type of beans I wanted, because she wasn't listening the first two times she asked because she was now on a personal phone call listening through her ear pods. After filling both of our bowls with steak, beans and rice, she just walked away and stood by the kitchen opening left of the register. She removed her head scarf and started vigorously scratching her scalp. This was totally gross. Then she went back to texting. Our bowls were just sitting on the counter waiting to be finished. I couldn't believe she just walked away to scratch her head and text. So we just walked out of the restaurant. The Owner/management should be absolutely ashamed of themselves and employee. You know what they are doing because you have cameras. You just don't do anything about it. I have been a customer here since this store opened. It has been sliding down hill for some time now. Look at the new restaurant choices in the area. You don't even come close in both cleanliness and staff. I'll no longer support your business. No need for a phoney reply. You know you won't change a thing."
"We had the best experience at Salsaritas in Blakeney. Jack, the manager was polite, professional and had such a positive attitude. He made our dining experience a joy! We will be back. Thank you, Jack for the wonderful job you are doing. You’re leading your Team in such a positive manner. Way to go!!"
"When I come in each day to get a small bowl of rice and black beans, they normally give two spoons of rice and beans. One time when they didn’t, the bowl was only a quarter filled. A manager saw the bowl and instructed the staff to add more rice and beans. So today, when I made my daily visit, they barely filled the bowl. When I asked about it, the female manager said that she would absolutely not provide more. This is inconsistent and not what I imagine Salsaritas would ever want as their standard. By far, Brandon is the nicest person on staff, but he was not there today. Sadly, I will not return. If they are afraid to fill a small bowl half full, I can find a better value elsewhere. All over a few grains of rice and a few black beans. What makes this even sadder is that they see me every single day and engendering loyalty is of no importance. The way they spoke to me that left me feeling so belittled. No more."
"First time to this chain restaurant. The food tasted much like Moe’s Southwest Grill, but Salsarita’s chips tasted better! Customer service was friendly. Good first experience."
