"I have been coming to this establishment for years and for the most part it has been wonderful. However the last few trips has been very unpleasant, not only have I had to return several times for missing food. This time however I tried the online order through the app. For anyone ordered from this establishment through the app unless you like tea. Do not I repeat do not order the large bag of drink they sell. They will not only not tell you at the store that they are giving you tea...but will then claim understaffing as the issue. I don't know how understaffed you have to be to not take all of 30 seconds to fill the small bag with drink."

"Make sure you know someone that works there if you want to get your food fast & friendly. Short staff leads to long wait & bad employee attitude from those on break in back of work area. Thought it was funny to give my order to other people who ordered after me while mine was skipped over. Not funny to me. Ask for my money back & manager did that but wanted to make it right by making the order. I already had one order sitting waiting to take to my family. Livers take long time to wait on. Not the right day for this nonsense again. The food when I finally got it home was good, parents were happy."

"Waited 25 mins for the beyond nuggets in the lobby to the point they forgot my order and they where left in the warmer and had to look back in the orders to make sure i wasn’t lying. Haven’t been to kfc in years and I was reminded how much of a waste of time and energy and money this place is. Wont ever be back. To any location. As we ate a lady ordered what we did and got hers in under 10 mins.. the nuggets are delicious but that wait completely unacceptable"
