"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They diagnosed my washing machine issue and stated the repair would be over $700 and it made more sense to purchase a new washing machine since the cost was so high. The next day I received a voicemail that they had another client with my same issue and repaired it for around $400. I had already purchased and received my new washer by the time I received their voicemail (old washer only 3 years old taken at delivery of new machine). They DO NOT know what they are doing and now I am out over 1k for a new machine that was not needed."

"I contacted HPS Appliance Repair to repair a GE refrigerator. They informed me that it would be a $75 assessment fee that would be applied to the bill is they did the work. Upon arrival the technician determined that this repair would be covered under warranty at which point I confirmed with the technician that the $75 assessment would be refunded if we contacted GE and asked them to send a work order for HPS to perform the work. I explicitly stated I would get someone else to do the warranty work if they would not return the $75 charge. I worked with GE and after several calls was able to get the work order for HPS to perform the work. Fast forward to after the work was performed the company is now refusing to return our $75 assessment fee. BEWARE THIS COMPANY WILL STEAL FROM YOU AND THE OWNER WILL NOT STAND BEHIND WHAT HIS TECHNICIANS TELL YOU."
