Boot Barn

"Very inclusive of men's clothing and sizing but non inclusive of women's sizing. If you need a 12 you are sol in boots. Work boots for women don't normally go over a nine. Husband is happy with all purchases but I can hardly find shoes here."

"I purchased a pair of Double H boots at this store on 2/19/22. I only needed them to use once in a while as I don’t have to wear boots often. The soles on these boots are like new. I’ve worn them maybe 10 to 12 times and not all day with any of those times. Now the soles are actually separating from the boots.The soles look new! But because the warranty time period is up, Boot Barn will do nothing nor will Double H. I’d understand if they were worn often but to look new and have this happen , you would think they would stand behind their product. So, I will NO longer be a customer of Boot Barn or Double H. I understand warranty periods but each situation is different but when you can see the boots have not been work hardly worn at all, then you should stand behind a defective product."

"Only thing I have to say bad about this place is why do y'all have people following u like u doing something like come on I had my 10 month old baby and no purse no bags no nothing but my daughter and husband was trying to figure out witch pair of boots he wanted the young guy follow us back n forth literally bump into he was in the way there was a lot people in there and husband was between the pull on the lace up..... just so annoying my husband can afford anything in that store....btw he spent over 200.00 for boots we should of took our business some where else"

"I always like this store BUT last time I was in there I was followed by a young man and watched like a hawk for some reason like we was gonna do something wrong like come on my husband makes good money as a diesel mechanic we can afford any boot in that store!!!!!! But husband couldn't make his mind up on which one he wanted and the dude kept following us and watching....and we still bought boot that was over 200.00 even though I told husband that how they was doing....we should of just went to Rock hill store ro another store btw they need to stop that because next time we will not buy nothing and not come back"
