I have high anxiety so ordering over the speaker is a huge task for me. I don't expect you to hand me my food with the warmest smile in the world. But, you can at least be polite and welcoming. I work in customer service myself so I know I don't have unrealistic expectations."

"having roaches fall on me while working and into some of you bags of food is a no. They are everywhere from the kitchen to the lobby in the dining room . Management chooses not to control it. I done even know how the rating is 95 . Don’t bother eating here !!"
