"The trouble shooting and repair process was excellent. Jimmy and his office staff are very pleasant and professional. My wife's vehicle had a bad hesitation and skip. The problem was diagnosed, and an appointment was made for 2 weeks later (they are busy and now I know why). I was allowed to purchase all the parts. Her SUV was finished about a day sooner and was less than the original estimate. I didn't ask, but was left with all the old parts so I knew everything that was discussed was replaced. I'll definitely bring my vehicles here for the mechanic work that I can't do, or have the time. Awesome 1st time experience. Just be prepared for a potential wait because it's a very popular automotive shop."
