"Don't use these guys....they have no idea what they're doing. They wasted our time "fixing" our ice maker and then it broke again within a week or so. Instead of working with us to try to figure out why it broke again, they missed a scheduled appointment, called and were annoyed with US...the customer (who paid for the initial repair)..! Don't waste your money. Call someone else. We did."

"Worst experience ever. New Uline ice machine had a bad solenoid. The first guy came to repair had no clue what he was doing and stayed on phone the entire time. He was frustrated because he didn’t know what he was doing. He finally got it to work…which it did for about a week. Broke again. The “owner” was to be at my house for a schedule appointment to fix again. Called instead and was annoyed about how the ticket was written for him by customer service. I suggested he just come out to see the issue and he overtalked me, was rude and finally decided he wasn’t coming at all. He could not understand that I (via warranty) paid for it to work and couldn’t explain to his satisfaction why it wasn’t working. Actually called me a “Karen” and hung up on me. DO NOT USE these “guys”…they won’t fix it. And they’re rude as heck."

"These guys are great. They are straight shooters. When my washing machine developed a squeak, they told me it was fine and was not doing damage. That was 1.5 years ago and the washer is still going strong. Highly recommend them."

"Matt and his co worker are honest, hardworking guys! They came out to our home multi times to help repair our refrigerator - when the first fix didn’t work, they came back diligently and it is fixed now! They also came out to repair our garbage disposal when my husband accidentally broke glass down it. They repaired it for much less than anticipated! "We have been without a working oven in our stove probably for5 years. Called many repair people and they refused to work on Dacor. My husband wanted to look to see what was wrong, but no one would come look! The same answer “we can not get the parts”. So we rocked along with our wall oven. A wonderful lady in my church told me about The Appliance Guys. They came determined it was the “board”. The sent us to the Circuit Board Medics. The Medics agreed to take a look. The Guys removed the board and off to Greenville goes the board. The medics determined nothing was wrong with the board. The Guys came to put the board back in and literally dismantled our stove found a reset button which made the broiler work, but not the oven. The determination proved to be the oven igniter! Brandy in the office found an igniter. They returned and installed the new igniter. We now have a workable oven! Hooray for The Appliance Guys!"
