"Used to be my go to place for reubens. Now, take it or leave it. Much less of a serving of meat, smaller bread, not much dressing or sauerkraut so a drier sandwich and the size of the sides is a complete joke for what you're paying. I wouldn't go out of my way to go to McAlister's anymore. It's a shame, used to be my favorite. Best thing is the huge iced tea."

"I came in at 11:48 am placed a simple choose 2 which was a half of a grilled chicken salad- and a cup of soup. Proceeded to wait and not get my order until 12:23 pm. I was on my 30 minute lunch break. So I hurry and get back to work to find they did not put my ranch dressing in there that I asked for and is on the receipt paper on top of my food. I am beyond upset as this is my ONLY meal and now I have NO time to go back and get it. This is not the first time this has happened and it is a huge deal. Probably will not be a return customer at this location. It’s almost like they were getting all the locals and regulars food out first. Very upset right now!"

"Had a whole order of $50+. Took my salad to work on night shift (where the hospital cafeteria is closed after 10pm), and found a bug in my Caesar salad after eating about half of it. I’m just about getting ready to sue, with how HANGRY I am."

"Came to eat with my husband and we had ordered online and we got here it was ready but my sandwich was missing olives and mayonnaise and it looked like they just throw it in the box well I when to have my sandwich fix the manager didn’t say anything just took my sandwich back and took it to the back and threw few olives on there. They were rude and never said anything to me."

"The restaurant was clean and the person who waited on us was very cheerful and friendly. I can't really say much for the food as I only had a Cesar salad. But I am always glad to find a restaurant that is clean."
