"I would look further. Packing was fine. Wrapping and protecting furniture was not good. Kids would head to other floors to hang out and vape inside while on the clock. On the other side of my move, different movers complained about the loading job and that even the basics weren’t done. Boxes closest to the cab versus furniture. Heavy rungs thrown on top of things versus stack on the sides for balance. Lastly, they severely scratched brand new elevator handles and hid them with blankets. Owner wouldn’t respond when I reached out. Overall, spend less and get better."
