"They're always out of food chicken sides you name it I even called the head to make sure they had Chicken. They said they weren't out of anything when I got there they had no chicken And I'm only 10 minutes away. Never again Lancaster is the worst"

"I went to the restaurant tonight around 7:40pm to order some dinner for my family. I tried to order a 12 piece meal with no breast because we don’t like them. I asked and the girl said that there wasn’t enough dark meat to make a 12 piece. She said that they would have to drop the chicken. I told her that I didn’t mind waiting and asked how long it would take. She said she didn’t know, so I asked her to please go check. She came back a few seconds later and told me that they were not going to drop any dark meat because they had too many breasts they needed to get rid of. If a customer is asking for something you offer, you make it for them. Needless to say, I didn’t order anything and will not be returning to that restaurant. No one was in the restaurant nor in line, so whomever came after, got old chicken."

"I never do google reviews but I felt this one was worthy. Ordered a Cajun Filet biscuit in the drive thru, when I get home and ready to eat my biscuit I open the paper and notice there a small black spot on the top of my biscuit. Upon further inspection I noticed it was a dead FLY!!!. Totally disgusted and annoyed I called the store and spoke to the manager. He was quick to tell me "we don't have flies here" which is obviously a lie and then offered to exchange the biscuit of I came back or to give me a free meal next time I came In. I declined because I want be returning! I have had poor experiences there before but this one even tops them all!"
