"What can I say? Better ingredients means better pizza. They made me a good pepperoni pizza quickly with no hassle and at a reasonable price. What more could anyone expect? That is all."

"I ordered online via the papa John’s website like I have always done and followed the tracker which indicated my order was ready. Upon arrival to the store, I was notified that the order was lost and was actually never made. They said they could make it in 7 minutes and upon further questioning, they stated that there was nothing else they could do for my inconvenience. I asked to speak to management and apparently the individual helping was the general manager, Emily, who subsequently called me rude and disrespectful just because I was frustrated with what was going on. I would certainly expect much better customer service from someone in management and I will never be supporting this business again."

"If I could give zero stars I would. I have ordered from this location so many times. I’m a very loyal customer, that orders almost every week. Today they decided to cancel my order an hour after I had placed it. They sent me an email to let me know that they did this, and did not provide any reason why. I’m extremely frustrated. So when I try to call the location to figure out why they canceled it, they never pick up the phone. I understand being short staffed, but this is unacceptable for any commercial business. I will be ordering my pizza from anywhere else but here. Don’t waste your time!!!"
