"We were camping in Blue Ridge over Christmas and had a 3° night that froze the water in the lines, cracking the water filter housing and splitting some of the valves. We called Rick's a little before closing time and they told us to head over so they could take a look at it. He was able to diagnose the problem and we had the part expedited to him. We headed back over and they had the wet bay taken apart and installed the new part as soon as we got there. Only took about an hour and we were all fixed and on our way. We are used to getting gouged for RV repairs and waiting weeks or months to get them done. It was great to have an experience that took our travel schedule and comfort into consideration at a price that was more than fair. Thanks again Rick!!"
