"Enclosed the back deck a few years ago and somehow thought ac/heat from the cabin would carry through to the enclosure. WRONG! Consulted Aubrey Holley and went with a Mitsubishi Mini Split. Cover is off in the attached photo. With cover on it blends well with the room. The remote control is just a bonus. Great service and value for my money. Family owned and it shows."

"When we first bought our house in the Cashiers area I asked around and the consensus of those I asked were that Holley Heating and Air were the best in the valley. I wanted an annual maintenance contract and Aubrey came out himself to do the first inspection. Our heat exchanger was going bad and long story short, Aubrey gave me a list of options with each cost out and advantages and disadvantages of each option. He was fair, and we ended up with an option that was in the middle of the road. Since then, Holley has maintained the system, done two visits a year for preventative maintenance, and in the 4 years we have only had one emergency service call. Their technicians are all very knowledgeable, courteous, clean, and inform you of what they are doing and recommend possible adjustments/parts needed to keep the system fully functional. I recommend this company without reservation for all your heating and cooling needs. In all my years owning houses, this is by far the best company I have ever worked with in every respect."
