"blonde lady in the window makes ppl wait like 5-10 minutes before ordering, then when you get to the window half your order is missing OR it’s over cooked. More often then not, your order will be wrong or there will be something missing. It has happened 3 times in a row for me. The lady in the window isn’t very friendly or engaging."

"Went thru drive thru. Ordered an individual fry. The guy tried to charge me for a family size . Then I gave him $10 for a $3.27 order, and he gave me back $1.80. I had to tell him I had given him $10. It took him almost 5 minutes to figure out the correct change, and he still gave me more than what he should have."

"Do NOT eat here. I am a former employee and wanted to warn you about the practices of this kitchen. Especially don't bring your kids here. They leave food out for HOURS without replacing it, including the fried chicken. I once saw chicken cooked at 11 am left out until 5 pm!!! Be wary, please. And if you do come have them cook it FRESH. Everyone who works there is competent and very nice but they do not have proper knowledge of food safety!!! It's not their fault. But I wouldn't eat here."

"What kind of chicken restaurant runs completely out of everything including white and dark meat chicken two hours before they close?! Oh and with only French try’s and Mac and cheese as my only side option? Seems to me, nobody wants to go through the trouble of making fresh food for customers?! "This Long Shoals location has always been hit and miss since it opened, but tonight was the worst yet. We ordered four combos for our family, and they told us it would be 5 minutes for chicken to cook. That's cool, we were fine with that, pulled up after paying as they asked. 15 minutes later and multiple cars behind us getting their orders, finally someone comes out to inform us that oops! No one dropped the chicken, but NOW it would be another 20 minutes before the food was ready. In the end had to get a refund because waiting over a half hour for "fast food" is ridiculous."
