"When I got in the drive thru they was rude trying to rush my order. The food was packed wrong. I asked for a gallon of tea they gave me a cup of tea. Then have a nerve to have a attitude when we asked to give us a chicken box at a time for our food don't hit the ground. Chicken old!!!! Or bad grease!!!! I don't know who owns that restaurant but I would fire them asap!! You losing! I work at Bojangles by before. Our grease was changed and food was fresh..... This restaurant is a mess!"

"On 10/15/2023, the girl working the drive through had me pull forward for a cajun filet biscuit combo. I waited over 20 MINUTES and finally just left. Nobody came out once. They served over 15+ people within that time, and I even heard one person order 2 cajun filet biscuits and were served immediately. I finally just left because they were obviously not going to give me the food for whatever reason. Don't tell people to pull forward and then make them wait if you have no intention of giving them their food. If you're not going to do your job, just say that."

"Really wish the kid at the drive through wasn't more interested in having his earbuds in listening to not a customers order. At least I got mac-n-cheese and drink at no cost for his lack of attention."
