"I am truly amazed at the prices of fast food these days. Two piece combo $13! When I ordered, I was told that it would be a few minutes & I was fine with that because I prefer my food hot and fresh. That is what I got, almost 15 minutes later. My complaint is that I asked for leg & thigh & was given leg & breast. The restaurant was very clean with several seating options. Bright, airy feel. Staff were friendly & helpful. Coke 360 machine."

"1st time trying this location, the chicken was horrible! Just straight grease, no meat on the chicken, just breaded grease. Nastiest fried chicken, from any chicken place, we have ever had. Peeled the skin off to show just how greasy ,what little bit of meat there was. Just gross."

"Placed a mobile order for 3 meals. Arrived at the drive through 10min after the order was placed and was asked to park and told they would bring it out when it was ready. Sat in the car for 10min before we went into the lobby to check on things. They hadn’t even started putting the order together. Waited another 10 minutes inside. When the food finally came out, one entire meal and several sides were missing. The meal, which we got charged for and went through on our side of the order, didn’t show up on their queue for some reason so they needed manager approval to make that order, resulting in another 10min delay. We ended up leaving with most of what we paid for. The manager was nowhere to be seen, in spite of the fact that there was a new employee at the register who needed more training and didn’t know how to ring up customers with coupons. They weren’t even busy—in the whole 40min, we saw 2 walk in customers and 2 drive through. The manager is clearly not doing her job."

"Came back for a second time. No classic tenders available which I’ve never heard of. Other stores just make more. I was hoping to give this company another chance. The drive-through takes 45 minutes to get through both times I’ve been there. 6 cars have left the line because of how slow they are moving. They looked me fully staffed inside, and there are 2 cars ahead of me. Picture included shows coned off lane. I waited so long that I tried to leave but couldn’t because of the curb. So close to my house . I love Popeyes. It’s a shame I will never visit this location again."

"The chicken sandwich was good, but the chicken tenders were awful… served cold and very little chicken. Service is slow and the staff got orders confused or lost. They also had several of the tables taken by staff during lunch hour. This place isn’t going to make it unless they get it together."
