Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

"I'm so over ordering at this location. I ask for extra seasoning EVERY time. Sometimes I'm lucky if i get a sprinkle. It's like they don't understand general directions on screen at all. The young person up front has almost no strength in their voice at all. You have to lean in to hear them speak and that blows my mind. They're super friendly, but need to be more vocal. But you really need to get your kitchen staff to read directions. I've dealt with this over 10 times before finally dropping to this review."

"The last 2 times I have gotten food here has been awful. The wings we got at 6:30 looked and tasted like they had been cooked at lunchtime. Hardly any sauce on them either. The fries were overcooked and barely warm. I will not be coming back for a long time."

"I ordered the family meal to go. I got home to find the fries were overcooked, cold, and soggy. The toast hadn't been cut, and there was barely any breading on the chicken tenders. A waste of time and $40. Editing to add update: I contacted Zaxby's as instructed in the comment to this review. They responded apologetically, and offered to remake this or issue a gift card for the same amount. I thanked them and requested the gift card. THEY NEVER RESPONDED!!! I even followed up to ask about the status, but they never responded to that, either. No more Zaxby's for me, this has been ridiculous!"

"First time at this location and we went through the drive through just to get our drinks and were asked to pull up and wait for our food. It was a salad and a finger plate. We waited for over 10 mins for this. Not fast good. Rude service as well. No dressing for my salad and no dips for the finger plate. No forks."

"Stopped here while in town on work. The young lady didn't seem interested in being there, not rude but disinterested. Wanted to try the funnel cake, and it was overcooked and hard. We were definitely disappointed."
