"Worst experience I have ever had at a McDonald’s. Ordered through the mobile app but they told me they couldn’t find the order. After I provided the screen and then the email they told me they couldn’t make the food or refund my money without a ticket that printed out of the computer. I got my $7 and change a few weeks later in the mail, actual coins….They threatened to call the cops on me for trying to buy an ice-cream cone and two double cheese burgers. The manager on duty was super hostile and then disappeared and sent one of the poor ladies to the window to tell me I was going to have the cops come if I didn’t leave. He did not return to the window. It was laughably sad for a situation that could be fixed by providing the food that was paid for that probably cost the company $1"

"The service here was crazy. They ended breakfast at 1030am, which is earlier than I am used to, but the real issue was there were at least 5 people waiting for orders placed before 1030am. who were told breakfast was no longer being served. No one was at the register, and I waited 15 min for a hashbrown and small OJ. Management seemed discouraged and less than interested. Not sure if this was a one time issue or a regular occurrence but that day they were definitely off their game."

"This McDonald's, is only 1 of 3 choices I have for lunch, due to time and location. I NEVER get through the drive thru, in under 20-25 minutes, and considering it's the 12 pm lunch time rush, I kind of understand that. BUT, the staff is EXTREMELY RUDE! I ALWAYS say "thank you" and not one single time, in the last 6 months, have I heard "Thank you" or "yourwelcome"! About 6 out of 10 visits, they get my order wrong, but they, for some reason, are ALWAYS busy. And I know that SEVERAL people I work with, share my opinion, but we are "limited" in our choices for breakfast and lunch. If the employee's weren't so rude, (one manager in particular) it would be a MUCH better fast food place."

"Extremely clean and friendly. Actually got table service instead of someone yelling out my number. Staff were very friendly and organized. Best visit to a McDonald's I've ever had. Kudos!"
