"Wow is about all I can say. This is hands down the worst customer service experience ever. I had a bad experience the first time but gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to try them again. The lady on the phone is a awful at customer service. She literally told me to go somewhere else bc I asked how much a starter cost and said she's never had someone ask that before. I typically would have told her how I really felt but I stayed calm and attempted to once again over look her sorry attitude but she turned it up a notch instead. I feel sorry for anyone who has this person in their life and highly surprised that she can function in society on a daily basis. Needless to say, I'll be spreading the word."
