"BEWARE! Terrible customer service! We tried to order a set of truck tail lights. Within an hour, we were told that the item was out of stock, and would require another $100 or more to have it shipped from the manufacturer. We declined and cancelled. The same afternoon we chose to order a different set of lights, and again, an hour after taking our money, were told "Out of Stock" and will require an additional $100. Again we cancelled, however both of these charges remain on our Credit Card! This is clearly a "Bait and Switch" operation. They have said that it might take 5 days to be refunded to our Credit Card. The $885 Canadian Dollars should never have been taken!"

"The item in ordered was exactly what I needed. Only problem in the description it doesn’t tell you the hardware you need doesn’t cube with the part you ordered. I called back to get assistant if they carried the hardware was told no. No n other help was given. I had to ask for all information as to where I could get the hardware. They did finally give me a number to call but of course Still no hardware. The only complaint, they need to update descriptions. Shipping was on time and quick."

"Very poor service. Son hit a deer so I ordered multiple parts and trim from different companies. Truck and gear had a competitive price on the upper bumper trim piece I needed so I ordered it from them. 2 weeks later I had received all parts except this trim so I tried to check progress. It still just said processing even though the took the 400.00 out of my account when I ordered. I tried contacting them on phone during business hours on a friday and no answer. Said all reps are busy leave a message so I did. Saturday I was a little annoyed no one reached out so I went online and did chat. It was not business hours so sent me to email link I emailed with no response by Tuesday so did finally get someone on phone who says the part is back ordered even though it still shows available online. I asked for a refund and was told they could probably ship it this week...I still requested a refund. Not holding my breath I will get it. Update: I did get full refund so bumped up to 3 stars."

"I bought and item for Christmas and it got delayed in transit. I reached out to company and the responded very quickly to my concerns and solved the problem in a very fast and timely manner. The package did make it in time for Christmas because they reached out to shipping company. The very good about repeatedly following up with my concern until it was resolved and even did a follow up email to make sure everything was good with the product that was ordered. I would recommend this company to others especially because of outstanding customer service skills. Alana was amazing!!!!!"
