"This place is horrible. They have no consideration for handicapped people. Subway was decent. But, after being blocked by Donna jos fuel tanker. Then belittled by their manager. I know I won't ever be back. I will tell my friends and family too. Don't try to smooth over what happened your staff was wrong."

"This place was okay but I was trying to carry a basket full of alcohol for my elderly grandfather who's so old couldn't carry it and then they wouldn't sell him the alcohol because they said I had carried it up there so I had to show my ID and everything which I did not have so my poor poor elderly grandfather is shaking right now I don't know what to do except never go back to Donna Jo's Market. ⚠️⚠️UPDATE: ⚠️⚠️ I know about the law and having to check the IDs of everyone who purchases tobacco and/or alcohol, but why card the people who are just helping the elderly person struggle to carry their items to the counter? There's no way I could have stood by and watched him struggle to carry everything by himself, while I watched and did absolutely nothing, I'm sorry. We'll just go to the next store and try to buy some there, which is exactly what we did. And this time the employees there had absolutely no problem with me helping an old man carry glass bottles up to the counter without showing them my ID."

"Whoever was working tonight 8/16/23 had an empty parking lot I pulled up at a pump to get cigarettes and she proceeded to yell at me for parking there and not getting gas the parking lot was empty not a soul in sight will never go again horrible service from her. She will give u guys a bad name never had problems there till tonight. Said her name was misty and then proceeded to say it wasn't so idk nor do I care at this point do not recommend go to another gas station your money will be better spent"

"Always friendly. Convenience and variety is great. It's nice to have a good place to go grab a few things for dinner and not have to go 30 minutes away from the house to grocery store. Love the fact if I don't feel like cooking, Subway is right there. Gas prices are always good, even with the economy right now. Christy's always cheerful and helpful. Best part of my morning routine is stopping for my morning coffee there's always a fresh pot waiting for me and the atmosphere of the store always puts you in a good mood for the rest of the day."

"As a Cosby resident my husband and I often stop for gas and groceries. Up until now our visits have always been great. The market staff friendly and helpful. Unfortunately today that all changed. Stopped in to Subway to get a sandwich on my way to work. The woman working was extremely rude and dismissive.I just turned around and walked out. I understand that it is hard to find good employees But it's also hard to regain the confidence of customers that have been treated poorly."
