"Went in and first noticed the long list of rules right when you walk in. Zero southern hospitality from the old woman with the real life snap chat filter on! It's odd all the Goodwills close at 6pm here. Where I come from it's 8am to 9pm. Briefly looked while the lady kept yelling out they will be closing every 5 minutes. Wasn't impressed at all. They had a Dale Earnhardt DVD in the case like it was worth money. Walmart tried to give them away free a few years ago. Workers should definitely be more friendly when literally the customers keep them with a job by donating and shopping Goodwill!"

"My grandmother was rudely asked to leave this store by the manager for no reason. She was talking to my aunt in line when the manager assumed she was cutting the line. My grandmother is almost 80 years old. The “manager” proceeded to threaten to call the police if she did not exit the store. This is extremely poor customer service and this “manager” that represents this business makes it look very poor. A apology is more than in order for the way she was treated today. I wish I could give this place no stars. If you don’t like your job go find another. Especially having the title of a manager and testing people this way."
