"Great store, nice sales on some items, fast check out, but it was the worst fried chicken I've ever had. Seriously."
"This grocery store is the worst. It is the only one in Bryson City so they do what they want. There are ALWAYS crates, carts and boxes blocking the aisles and shelves so you can’t maneuver or reach anything. The staff never move out of your way, you have to dodge them. The prices are higher than other Ingles. They are incapable of stocking varieties and instead only have 1-2 selections on most items. The manager is rude and is often seen confronting his staff. They don’t have an outdoor garden shop anymore and no gas station to redeem your fuel points. They have a monopoly in this small town and I’m tired of being forced to shop here after over 20 years of living here."
"Shopped here a few times while in town. Store is clean, well stocked and the service is friendly. Love that they unpack your cart and bag your items. Publix can learn something from this store as they only bag items. Would definitely shop here again when in town next time."
"Super nice store. Their deli is impeccable. Order a sandwich made just for you. Hot food too..store is super clean and well stocked. Check out is great! Meat department is excellent. Bakery is clean and well stocked. We are here till November 1. So glad they have this store. We love it"
