"Previously pleasant experiences at Jackpot were erased when we attempted to sell an item. Over the phone the owner was interested but upon arrival his employee acted as if we were keeping her from something she'd rather be doing. She gave us a ridiculous lowball offer that we accepted because we're having a hard time financially. Upon moving the item into the store she informed us with a smirk that the offer wasn't good anymore. Not only was it a waste of time, her attitude was horrible. After leaving the store, the owner called. He told me yesterday he'd be there this morning and he wasn't. Then he went into a tirade about me being unprofessional. Not showing up for a scheduled meeting and having an intermediary with a bad attitude handling your business is very unprofessional. Not sure what's changed in the past few months at Jackpot but I would steer clear of this place. Guess that's why the parking lot is always empty lately. His parting comment was never call him or set foot in the store again. Not a problem. And I'll tell others not to either."
