"We arrived in the worst snow event in many years while waiting to pick up a friend from the airport. Staff worked really hard and customers kept coming because no other restaurants were open. Our waitress really tried hard, but she was stretched very thin. Food was very good."

"So after my bad experience at the other waffle house I drove here. As soon as I walked in I seen how busy they were. However, I was greeted multiple times by more than 1 staff. Such a relief. It took but a mere 10min to be seated and our orders were taken. Jim and his staff are wonderful. The food was delicious, hot and cooked well. Prices were what u would expect from here. I don't mind them and I LOVE that the taxes are included in the price. It makes me want to tip more. The male bathroom could use some attention is my only issue. Other than that, I hope you continue to welcome ALL PATRONS with that attitude and winning service. Thank you."
