"Stopped in for 2 steak biscuits. I got a pleasant surprise. Wroker got two of them and threw them in the trash. He looked at me and said they were cold and he knew I would not have been happy. He ordered me two fresh ones. I was very happy. That's the first time that has happened at any restaurant, although at some other restaurants I have gotten cold food before."

"My husband and I were just there at Hardee's and it was the worst experience we've ever had!! We placed our order in the drive thru and when we got to the window they didnt have our order! We had to repeat ourselves 3 different times!! They didn't take our money at all and my husband asked for the manager and he asked her what was going on? Her response was I work with kids! My husband is an assistant manager and would've handled that alot better than she did! I will not be going back there ever again!!"

"Who would put burnt tenders in a container to serve someone? When I first arrived at the drive through to pick up my online order NO ONE responded at the speaker... so I had to pull around. $12.89 meal I expect better!"

"Stopped here to eat March 2023 with family while in town. Not a single solitary sole in the parking lot or dining area or drive thru. Now I know why!!! We ate in the car and no one came in while there either. It was early afternoon. The food was horrible. Her burger was sloppily thrown together and super greasy, and mine was not warm. Fries were stale and cold. $24 down the drain, I'm surprised we didn't get sick. DO BETTER Id give 0 stars if that were an option. Shame that the people near the hospital / downtown / PD / people living in that area / & people passing through to the mountains don't have more FF options ..."

"Stopped in on my way home from work to get a couple chicken sandwiches. I decided to go inside and that was a mistake. When you see how dirty this place is it makes you think twice about buying food there. Nothing has been wiped down or swept at all. That being said I did order a couple chicken sandwiches and some onion rings. They were made in a normal amount of time and the burley tattooed guy that took my order was very polite. I don't judge a book by it's cover I do however like decent food and this was not the best. The chicken sandwich was okay but nothing special. A touch overcooked. The onion rings were kinda hard and crunchy possibly overcooked. It is what it is, fast food. It's edible if your out and about but not at the top of the list."
