"I guess I can say it's as to be expected now days. I have had several times that I didn't get my food as ordered. Honestly most every place now days has some sort of issue with service or staff or what ever. So it's expected. Over all I still go back time to time. I haven't got sick from the food so that's a plus."

"Came through drive-through on Friday night and just wondering what is this? There’s hardly any meat at all or anything else… not to mention when our drinks where handed to us mine was a Baha Blast instead of regular Mountain Dew, then upon checking the bag we realized we only had one bag of chips instead of the two that we ordered so I went in and one of the employees started getting me the second bag and the girl with the short hair at the window tried calling me a liar… I spent $30 on this order if I wanted more chips that I wanted, I would’ve paid for it, I wanted what I paid for… couldn’t even get a drink right so why was she even surprised that wasn’t the only thing they messed up? I’ll be driving further out from my home to go to a different Taco Bell from now on"

"Ordered a Mexican pizza and party pack. Everytime you order a Mexican pizza it never fails that it gets put on the bottom of the bag and then all the weight of the rest of the food crushes it. EVERYTIME"

"Came through the drive thru order my food which was a Mexican pizza meal, the deluxe nacho fries box Mountain Dew tasted like soda water waited 20 mins for food for it to literally be thrown together and cold ( not fresh at all) and when I told the employee that my drink tasted like soda water and if he could replace my drink for something different he told me I had to pay for another drink. He also gave my change but no receipt. And was not wearing no name tag for me to take his name.. this definitely deserve a 0/10"
