"This locations seldom opens at 9 am, which is their listed opening time. This morning counter tops were not clear and there were empty cups from previous customers left on the counter. We are at the mall at least 3-5 times a week to walk, and it is always this way."

"Stopped for a quick night cap. While there one young lady kept kneeling down to vape. Didn't think you can do that inside. Definitely not in front of customers. During one of here kneeling stages, she picked up one of the rubber mats off the floor to move it. She never washed her hands and got right back to making drinks."
