"I was the only one in the drive thru before 9pm and it took 15 minutes or seemed like eternity to get my food. It’s like I ordered the whole menu. J only ordered 2 sandwiches. It wouldn’t take that long at Chick Fil A even if I was the last person in the line"

"If I could give it, zero stars I would. Which just makes me sad because Arby’s is one of the very few fast food restaurants I’m willing to eat at. We got there and the person at the window was just very rude. Didn’t really respond to pleasantries. Then came the food, I ordered a chicken bacon ranch wrap meal. The chicken had sat out so long that the chicken was just as dry as the crispy outside. There was no ranch on it at all and the french fries or chewy and cold like they have been sitting out for a long period of time as well. If I ever go back, it will be a very long time."

"AWFUL SERVICE!!! we went through the drive thru that already took forever, they gave us the wrong order, we hand it back to them telling them our issue. they tell us to keep it, come back and tell us to give it back (PUT THE FOOD IN THE PLACE WHERE THEY HAND IT OUT GROSS?? HEALTH VIOLATION. then proceeded to give us a 4 piece chicken nugget when we ordered a 6 piece THE SECOND TIME THEY GIVE US THE FOOD. we call they don’t answer so we call again and after like 5 rings they answer and accuse us of throwing food not knowing which car we were when we in fact did not throw food and then hung up while we were still talking. would not answer after that. HORRIBLE SERVICE WON’T COME BACK EVER."

"I went through the drive thru and I know it was later in the evening but there was a lot of people in line so I thought the food would be hot. After waiting for about 20 minutes to make the order and pay we were asked to pull up and wait for our order to be brought out to us. After 10 more minutes our order was delivered. When we checked it we found out they had forgotten part of the order. I went to the door that they came out of and knocked but they looked at me and turned away, I then went to stand by the drive thru window and they didn't want to talk to me. When they gave the order to the car waiting I tried to ask them for help with the order they said I would have to go thru the line again. There was at least 5-6 cars in line ahead of me. My food was now cold and I was out the money I paid for the food l didn't get. I will never recommend this location. Rude people, unwilling to help, and unwilling to listen."
