Reviews
"Absolutely love this shop! The only thing that would make this shop better would be lowering the prices. The jeans are way too expensive."
"Absolutely worst experience I have ever had at any Torrid location! Tausha was extremely condescending and rude. Refused to exchange 2 unworn bras that were too large and tried to overcharge me for a shirt that I was wanting exchange for a size up in. I felt extremely uncomfortable and will NEVER shop from this location again. Please retrain your associate because she has 0 social skills."
"Customer service is horrible. They refused to return a blouse without the tags attached even though they were with the blouse at return along with the receipt. I find it very odd there is nothing on the website stating this is the new policy. I had been there 2 weeks prior returning another piece without tags and it was no problem. Ultimately I was able to send that article back for a refund."
"I went into the store the other day, and there were four employees kind of just standing around, which is fine I get sometimes there’s not much work to do. My complaint is that they wouldn’t leave me alone. Every few seconds one of them would ask how I was doing and if I needed something. I was in there maybe 5 minutes and I was asked the same questions at least 10 times. Idk I like to shop in peace and it wasn’t peaceful, just my preference I guess."
