We made a call to complain, however a call center answered and connected us to the store who never picked up their phone. We had to call the customer service number and register a complaint."
"So I ordered tonight chicken pizza with cheese bread sticks and 5 marinara sauces. Which I have done a few dozen times the last year are so. Food was great hot and delicious. But the marinara sauces was missing I called them to let them know and once a man answered I told him I had a few items missing I get put on hold and no one ever came back to phone that is some poor service. But at least the pizza was good. lol"

"Took my order at 6:18 pm and FINALLY got our food at 9:30 pm. No call. No communication. Nothing. 32$ and we still had to order from somewhere else. Tried calling 8 TIMES and No Answer. Heard Nothing. When they DID delivery it, no apologies or nothing. Asked if we ordered food and handed it to us. Horrible service. Then the food had CLEARLY been under the warmer. It was like leather."
