Pizza Hut

"Ordered a cheese pizza and some other stuff. Got my simple pizza wrong. I called to get it replaced and was told I could upgrade from medium to large for the trouble. I get there and they give me someone else’s cheese pizza to hurry me. When I asked about the upgrade they essentially told me no. And the pizza they gave me was the wrong crust. Very disappointed. Food tasted like Pizza Hut."

"The place is dirty and smelly and my pizza was room temp. I could see my pizza was sitting on the counter the entire time stood in line waiting to pick up. No one was waiting on the carryout customers because the 2 workers were confused over a register tape. One of the other workers was vaping at a table with another worker and only came to get my pizza when I asked him to.. Don't go to this Pizza Hut. Better options around"

"Pizza dough was raw and not cooked all the way. Tried to call and stayed on the phone for 30 minutes before hanging up. Had it delivered because I was sick and had to basically cook the pizza for them."

"That's a Tastemaster ™ pizza with extra mushrooms. Apparently cheese takes up one of your toppings even though a pizza without cheese isint pizza so that's supposed to be 2x mushrooms. Little Caesars is still the place to go as I've made the argument so many times before. Second picture is a paper thin slice of a mushroom, yeah some of the mushrooms are larger but the majority of mushrooms you see are the paper thin kind which to me is just a way of making more of a profit. Also the pan pizza was pretty dry meaning they didn't use much butter and lastly the cheese reminded me of gas station pizza but not the decency kind, reminds me of pizza dough at the supermarket and bobola sauce and cheese. Pizza hut officially sucks! Called after 4th of July, manager gave me 20$ credit towards future purchases. Cheese is in a cup determined by corporate overlords to reap as much profit as possible and is not up to individual employees."

"The owner and his daughter and maybe dad or other relative were the only people working and the service and food was better than many Michelin star restaurants. The care and love theh showed even apologizing for the dollar it cost for red pepper. I have a pocketbook sized refillable shaker now. I would have tipped if I hadn't been so overwhelmed by how awesome this was. My food was perfect on time and ready with an entire family of smiles I will be back often.. still loved everything made with care.."
