"Hi. Just passing through the area we decided to skip the standard expressway exit restaurants and visit the town even though it was about 5 miles away. This place stretched our comfort zone for sure. Not very big, dirty dishes filled the standard restaurant used dish receptacle and garbage for paper waste was full. I guess we forgot that cafe means you are mostly on your own. Anyway my Reuben was good and big, my wife's grilled cheese was pretty good. It was almost closing time when we entered, 1:45 so maybe that explains the piled dirty dishes and full garbage. I will say it was interesting."
"My husband and I stopped by here for lunch while we were in town. My husband wanted a mimosa, which they advertised on the menu by the door. Unfortunately, they were out of the liquer to make it, so he settled for a glass of wine. We both ordered subs and chips. We didn't have to wait too long for our food. It was warm and very delicious. I really liked the bread. It was a bit noisy and echo-ey, so we had some trouble hearing each other. It was a nice spot to stop for a quick sit-down lunch."
"There is something so lovely about the aesthetics of this place. Every cozy detail from the music to the carvings on the trim to your handmade cup. For less than $10, you can have a specialty coffee and a breakfast too big to finish."
"Stopped here for a second time en route to another spot in town that may or may not be a former church-come-donut bakery. Anyway, it's a spot for a local or almost local because everyone seemed to know everyone else. I grabbed a mocha and the breakfast burrito with spinach and roasted red peppers added. Some mini chopped apple and grapes on the side. Definitely fresh ingredients, probably locally sourced."
"First time dining here for brunch. They have a cool atmosphere and the service was quick. The food was very good!! We'll be back."
